All booking is non-refundable or can’t be amended. Failsure to arrive at the airfield on the date and time of your arrival will be counted as a no-show. In that case you will not receive a refund.

Possible, any postponement can be made at least 24 hours before the flight date. There will be 500 THB pernalty charge per one time which will expire within next 90 days. By requesting any changes, you can contact +6695-585-9333 or reservaiton@phusanfahresort.com

On the rare occasion such as bad weather, all flyers will be asked by pilot in command to wait and see the weather conditions at least about an hour or two. Otherwise in case of CAN NOT FLY on that day, the flyers will be asked wether if they prefer to do a refund or extend a booking. A CAN NOT FLY decision will be made by pilot in command only. if you wish to cancel a flight yourself, there will be no-refund.

FUN FLY I – Refund in full amount
FUN FLY II – Refund only a paramotor flight and sky photo (if there is any)
*For the FUN FLY II, please clarify with the agents or seller for the exact amount before making any payment.

The agents or seller are not allowed to recieve any time booking. The queue is first come first served basis. Special requests can be requested to ground staff 24 hours before the flight which the ground staff will be calling the flyers for a reminder.

The airfield is open two different sessions daily which are; morning session starts from 6:00am to 9:00am and the afternoon session starts from 4:30pm onwards until the sun goes down
*Except during the raining season, tickets for the afternoon flight are not permitted.

Due to the safety reasons according to The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), we’re only allow paid-flyers into the airfield as we do head counts. In addition, if there is any non-flyers must be requested to be at the airfield by purchasing tickets.
